Email can't prove delivery. Post can't keep up.

An email attachment travels unencrypted through servers you don't control, and a read receipt proves nothing - most mail clients don't even send them. When a deadline is disputed, "we emailed it" is a weak position to argue from.

Registered post can prove delivery, but a single registered letter costs several euros, takes days, and was never designed for a 40 MB due-diligence bundle. Your documents are digital; your proof of delivery should be too.

Your recipient collects the documents
The counterparty, client or court registry receives a secure link - no account required on their side. You are notified the moment the documents are opened and downloaded.

You receive a signed delivery certificate
A cryptographically signed certificate records what was delivered, to whom, and when - timestamped and independently verifiable by anyone at our public verification page, including opposing counsel.

The delivery certificate, in plain terms

Every completed transfer can produce a delivery certificate: a signed record of the transfer, the recipient, and the delivery time. Because the signature is cryptographic, the certificate can be checked by anyone at our public Verify page - it does not depend on our word, or on our continued existence as a company.

Our audit log is tamper-evident and publicly anchored, so the history behind a certificate cannot be quietly rewritten - by us or anyone else. This is strong, independently checkable evidence of delivery. Whether specific statutory delivery requirements apply in a given proceeding is a question for the applicable procedural law; we make no claim to be a qualified delivery service under eIDAS.

Confidentiality & compliance

All infrastructure runs in the European Union under EU jurisdiction, built to GDPR standards from the ground up. Because encryption happens in your browser and keys never reach us, professional secrecy is protected structurally: there is nothing readable on our side to disclose.

Frequently asked questions

The certificate is cryptographically signed and independently verifiable - strong technical evidence of what was delivered, to whom, and when. Whether a particular form of service is required in a given proceeding depends on the applicable procedural rules; GCN.ONE is not a qualified electronic registered delivery service under eIDAS. For everyday exchange with clients and counterparties, the certificate documents delivery far more robustly than email ever can.

Yes. Verification is public and requires no account: anyone holding the certificate can confirm its authenticity at our Verify page.

We can only ever hand over what we hold: encrypted data we cannot decrypt. Files are encrypted in your browser before upload and the keys never reach us - this is an architectural property, not a policy that could be quietly changed.

Transfers expire on a schedule you can see when sending (selectable on subscription plans), and expired data is permanently deleted. If a recipient misses the window, simply send again - you'll get a fresh delivery certificate for the new transfer.
